Tomdi tumanida sayyor sud va huquqiy targ‘ibot tadbiri bo‘lib o‘tdi

** Tomdi tumani “Tomdibuloq” ovul fuqarolar yig‘inida jinoyat ishlari bo‘yicha tuman sudi tomonidan jinoyat va huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olish maqsadida sayyor sud majlisi hamda huquqiy targ‘ibot tadbiri o‘tkazildi.**

Tadbirda jinoyat uchun jazo muqarrarligi, fuqarolarning qonun oldidagi javobgarligi haqida tushuntirishlar berildi. Shuningdek, sudyalar ishtirokchilarga Prezidentning 2025 yil 21 avgustdagi sudlar faoliyatiga sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini joriy etishga oid Farmoni, gender tenglik va odam savdosiga qarshi kurash masalalari yuzasidan ma’lumot berdilar.

Sayyor sud yakunida 4 nafar shaxs muddatidan oldin shartli ravishda ozod etildi.

** В целях предотвращения преступлений и правонарушений районным судом по уголовным делам на сходе граждан села «Томдибулок» Томдинского района было проведено выездное судебное заседание и правозащитное мероприятие.**

На мероприятии были даны разъяснения о неотвратимости наказания за преступления и ответственности граждан перед законом. Также судьи проинформировали участников об Указе Президента от 21 августа 2025 года о внедрении технологий искусственного интеллекта в работу судов, гендерном равенстве и борьбе с торговлей людьми.

По итогам мобильного суда 4 человека были освобождены условно-досрочно.

** In order to prevent crimes and offenses, a mobile court session and a legal promotion event were held by the district court on criminal cases at the citizens’ meeting of “Tomdibulok” village of Tomdi district.**

At the event, explanations were given about the inevitability of punishment for crime and the responsibility of citizens before the law. Also, the judges informed the participants about the Decree of the President of August 21, 2025 on the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into the work of the courts, gender equality and the fight against human trafficking.

At the end of the mobile trial, 4 persons were released on parole.
